Spleis fundraiser: support the Veldedig HjelpeSenter for Sigdal initiative

Our regional unit Veldedig HjelpeSenter for Sigdal has launched an official Spleis fundraiser under the association Livet vil vinne. The goal is to provide creative lessons and workshops for children and teens in a safe, friendly environment, and to deliver humanitarian aid to families in need.

About the initiative

“Childhood with Hope” is a series of creative activities for children and teenagers, including those who have experienced forced relocation. During these meetings, participants can express emotions through creativity, rebuild confidence, make friends, and gradually connect with the local community. The Spleis-fundraiser is organized by the unit Veldedig HjelpeSenter for Sigdal, and the recipient of funds is LIVET VIL VINNE.

What we run

  • Creative lessons and workshops: watercolour, modelling, collage, and themed projects;

  • Group activities: team-building games and simple exercises for self-expression;

  • Family-friendly meetups: open, safe gatherings for children, teens, and parents — conversation, support, and new connections.

How funds are used

  • Art supplies: paints, brushes, clay, paper, textiles, and more;

  • Small gifts and surprises for participants;

  • Fruit, snacks, and light refreshments during sessions;

  • Basic equipment for group activities and shared setups.
